海外旅行で出会ったインド家庭料理やアーユルヴェーダの虜になり、現地に何度も足を運んで料理や文化を学ぶ。2018年7月ammikkalをオープン。地元の農・海産物を使い、スパイスを配合して1から作る風味豊かな家庭料理、特にハラル対応やベジタリアン料理を得意とする。

with deep cultural insight into India, using fresh local ingredients from Hamamatsu
to suit the tastes of Indian customers.
Expert Chef with Extensive Experience
Having lived extensively in India, the chef possesses a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and culture. They conduct cooking classes, produce frozen curry products, share traditional home-style recipes, and have received high appreciation for supervising vegetarian meals at Suzuki Motor Headquarters.
Customized Menu for Specific Dietary Needs
We provide customized meals for Halal, Vegetarian (lacto and pure veg, onion/garlic-free), Jain (no root vegetables), and Vegan diets, ensuring meticulous care for even uncommon diets in Japan.

Inspired by her travels and love for Indian cooking, Eri opened “ammikkal” in July 2018, offering authentic homemade dishes with local ingredients, specializing in Halal and vegetarian cuisine.
